Stirling Astronomical Society Gallery

As summer approaches, a number of familiar targets in the Cygnus region are coming back into view. Currently visible in the early hours, by August the Summer Triangle will be high in the evening sky. This image shows the North America Nebula (left) and the Pelican (right). Imaged using narrowband filters.
