The Moon in a clear blue sky. Although the nights are short at this time of year and the Full Moon very low, some phases of the Moon can still be seen in daylight. This image of the Moon, shortly after Last Quarter, was taken on a summer morning. Contrast in the bright daytime sky is lower than at nighttime but a number of craters and features can still be seen.
