As winter approaches, some of our favourite winter objects are starting to return in the early morning sky. Captured in the early hours before dawn, this image shows the Pleiades, an open cluster in Taurus. Approximately 450 light years from Earth, the Pleiades contains a number of young and hot bright blue stars, no more than 100 million years old. Captured using a Dwarf 3 smart telescope.
